Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Spoiled Items:
    If an item you receive is damaged, spoiled, or does not meet quality standards, you may be eligible for a refund.
  2. Incorrect Orders:
    If you receive an incorrect item or a missing item in your order, you may request a refund or replacement.
  3. Cancellations by Yaadi.in:
    If an order is canceled by us due to unavailability of items or unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded in full.
  4. Late Delivery:
    If the delivery time exceeds the committed timeframe significantly, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  1. Change of Mind:
    Refunds are not applicable if you decide you no longer want an item after delivery.
  2. Improper Storage:
    Items that were improperly stored after delivery, leading to spoilage, are not eligible for a refund.
  3. Partially Consumed Items:
    Products that have been opened or partially consumed cannot be refunded unless there was an issue with quality or damage upon delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details:

  3. Submit Your Request:
    Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. Late requests may not be honored.

Refund Process

  • Approval: Once we review and approve your request, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase:
    • Online Payments: Credited back to your bank account or payment wallet within 7–10 business days.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): A refund will be issued as a store credit to your Yaadi.in account or via UPI transfer.
  • Replacements: If applicable, a replacement item will be delivered instead of a refund.

Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched for delivery. A full refund will be issued.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
